Remote Service
In addition to our in-store and on-site tech support, we also have the ability to connect to your computer remotely, using LogMeIn Rescue - to diagnose, troubleshoot or just help you complete a task. The process is fast, convenient and secure and you will be able to watch what we are doing in real time.
To use our remote services simply call us at 707-824-8377 or after hours at 707-331-0652; then go to http://www.logmein123.com and enter the temporary code we will give you over the phone. A small applet will prompt you to run - once the applet is installed, we will ask permission to take remote control of your computer; click yes and we can begin troubleshooting your issue. Our standard shop rate applies, calculated to the nearest quarter hour. Should our remote diagnosis result in neccesary in-store or on-site service, we may credit remote service to the repair work.

In addition to providing sales and service we also provide consulting services to individuals and businesses.
We can schedule a time to sit down with you and discuss your needs; our goal is to provide you with sound advice on what systems to buy and how best to deploy them. From complete business network planning to advice on what laptop to purchase for your soon-to-be college student - give us a call - we will be glad to help.
About Us
Ming Tech Support is a computer service/sales/consulting company founded by Michael Ming in October 2003. Our focus has been providing residential and business customers throughout Sonoma County with on-site technical support and consulting services. In June of 2009 we moved forward with plans to open a retail storefront to house our growing operations and include sales of computer systems, components, network gear, software and training materials.
Providing quality service based on old-fashioned principles at competitive rates has always been our goal.
We are a licensed Electronic Service Dealer with the California Department of Consumer Affairs: Bureau of Electronic and Appliance Repair.
A Member of the Sebastopol Area Chamber of Commerce.
